Hello world! I’ve emerged from the world of dead blogs! It’s been a while and life is still as crazy as ever. This is gonna be a quick update (I should be writing a term paper ) So here we go...

First, school and work continue. I am so ready for the end of the semester... only seven weeks to go!

I guess the newest exciting thing in my life is that I’m going to Washington D.C. in two weeks because I was selected to be Nebraska’s Cherry Blossom Princess. I’ll be participating in the Cherry Blossom Festival with the 51 other representatives between April 3rd and the 9th. The trip includes touring all sorts of cool stuff, attending a congressional dinner, and going to a ball! I guess they roll out the red carpet for us. Can life get better?!?

The last new thing (but certainly not least) is the link below. Everybody, meet Ryan.

That’s all folks! I’m off to go write a paper!

Greetings and salutations!

So what’s new since the last time I navigated my browser toward this site? TONS! Let’s see… I met the President of the United States in Greeley, Colo., protested anti-Bush protesters, got to speak for a couple of minutes at a Gambling forum which was cool, traveled to South Dakota to campaign for John Thune, ticked off all the liberal faculty members at my school, and got a College Republican chapter rolling. Not bad for three weeks of work I suppose. The trouble is, however, that I’ve forgotten what sleep is. Oh well, what counts is that I’m having fun. A newspaper meeting is about to commence so I’m off again.

Ciao!

So what do you do when you get to class early? (This almost never happens to me, btw) And what if this classroom you are sitting in is equipped with 20 computers and internet access? You blog!

The next step is deciding what to blog about…

Hmm… Perhaps I should start with the fact that I don’t really have time to blog at all. There are a million other things I should be doing! Such as: writing a term paper on Chopin, writing two newspaper articles that are due today, finishing a draft of the College Republicans Constitution I’m writing, studying for a biology test and a poetry exam, scheduling a couple of interviews, getting ready to go to South Dakota and campaign for John Thune (Woot!), and how about getting myself into a reputable college? *sigh* Too much to do and too little time is what I say.

So, since I have so much to do and the instructor should enter the room an any minute I shall cease my blogging. Goodbye world!

News flash.

5:30 in the morning is an unearthly hour to get up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Furthermore, 6:30 a.m. is also an unearthly hour to get up on Tuesday and Thursday.

Even bigger news.

7 a.m. Biology classes stink! I’m sorry but they should be outlawed. What’s worse is that the last few class periods have incorporated elements of chemistry. I am not interested in chemical reactions when I’m barely awake. I propose that a law be passed which outlaws the cruel and unusual punishment of 7 am biology classes. But wait, I’m for smaller government and fewer laws. Shoot.

Speaking of fewer laws, I too have to cheer due to the fact that the Assault Weapons Ban has left the building. Democrats… eat your hearts out! Too bad a few other laws couldn’t leave the building as well, but I digress.

Unfortunately, biology homework refuses to leave so I am off to conquer it!
